- There's nothing scarier than waking up to the sound of someone screaming in terror. Unless it turns out to be Chef Hatchet screaming in terror - while wearing a nightgown! Chris swings in on a rope to rescue Chef and announces that today is a day to be brave. Today is a day to be fearless. Today is a day to wear brightly hued skintight spandex! Total Drama Action is paying homage to the superhero flick! Which means the seven remaining cast members need to get into character - by creating a superhero persona, complete with superpower, and a rockin' costume. Unfortunately, Chef has transformed into an evil supervillain (complete with a feral cat sidekick) ready to sabotage the cast at every turn. When 'Wonder Woman' Lindsay steps it up in the first challenge, Courtney 'the Cricket' eventually gets her revenge. But will anyone be able to match the strength of Harold's aka 'Captain Alberta's' warm windy farts? Or will Leshawna, of all people, fall prey to his powers?
