This week was a rushed week and a short podcast.nbsp; The PlayStation Show comes to you late this week due to the Holiday break.nbsp; Hamsterfist, ediddy999, and BSmtih3258 talk a little about what they received for Christmas.nbsp; Ediddy has a new toy that may make the podcast sound better, but it's not off to a good start.nbsp; Most of the podcast is spent reading emails in our famed mailbag segment.nbsp; We hope you enjoy this shortened version of The PlayStation Show.
Be ready for next week when the 2nd annual Showies award show takes place.nbsp; Cast you votes here and listen in live at video.theplaystationshow.com.nbsp; Also if you signed up for out first ever Modern Warfare 2 tournament sponsored by slimgamer.com head over to community.theplaystationshow.com to find out what the teams are and the rules.
Our attempt at a friendly rivalry with another podcast ends with shame.nbsp; We talk a little about how hard it is to start a podcast war with a small army.nbsp; War has changed and maybe jokes too.nbsp; This week listen up as we talk about some of your emails in the mailbag segment.nbsp; Send all your questions and comments to mailbag@theplaystationshow.com.nbsp; Remember to join us every week at video.theplaystationshow.com around 8 pm est on Fridays for a live recording of The PlayStation Show Podcast.nbsp; Also follow us on twitter @PlayStationShow. After a week sickness that included all out sickness, the absence of the LaBron James at community game night, and fever dreams, The PlayStation Show pulled themselves together to make another great podcast.nbsp; On this weeks show we find out how ediddy999 and Lil' Wayne are almost the same person.nbsp; We also give our first impressions on Uncharted 2 (no spoilers).nbsp; Listen and find out which Uncharted 2 female character makes us hot.nbsp; The topic of the PSPGo creeps it ugly little expensive head into the conversation again.nbsp; We also try to maintain control on the community topic on our first system and it's best game, but like trying to control an avalanche, it's not happening.nbsp; Thanks for downloading and listening, enjoy!

If The PlayStation Show could start another war it would be with Europe. nbsp; Thanks to the jingoism of BSmith (his words not mine) we attempt to alienate all European listeners in one podcast. nbsp;We then take a deep took into why games don'tnbsp;reflectnbsp;the world we live in as well as other types of media. nbsp;By playing video games are we using our time to develop as a culture or our we just wasting it away? nbsp; Can video games become art and challenge our thinking and see ideas in new ways or will they continue to just mirror what is wrong in our culture and continue to grow economically and not socially? nbsp;We also talk about some new trends in FPS games and why developers are starting to add things like hub worlds and horde modes to ever new shooter we see. nbsp; That and much more on this weeks edition of The PlayStation Show Podcast. nbsp; Thanks for downloading and listening, enjoy.

The Playstation Show Podcast is pretty hilarious most times, plus they do a good job of reviewing games and demos because they don't give every hyped new releases a five star rating like big game magazines do. They actually REVIEW them. One of them even likes Barbie Pony games!
Awesome podcast. Great for finding out about upcoming games, games that are out, what everyone is playing, and tons of laughs. Keep it up guys. Awesome Job.
I'm glad I discovered these guys in the midst of a couple dozen barely updated, hardly informed casts. I encourage everyone to check these guys out. You'll laugh hysterically at the variety of opinions and banter from 4 fellow obsessed gaming enthusiasts.
[Good] These guys talk about the PS3 almost exclusively. They mention other platforms but never go too far off path. I'm a PC gamer (FPS and Racing) that also owns all of the new consoles. I only play certain types of games on my consoles (Racing platformers and puzzle games) and these guys usually talk about those particular games a little bit in each episode. [Bad] One at a time fellas! I cannot stand when some douchbag (Austin) Constantly interrupts the guy that started the conversation and is tying to get his point out, or just finish his sentence. It make for uneasy listening. [Closing] Overall it's a great podcast and if your a fan of the PS3 then this podcast is a must listen each week. Keep up the great work guys. Great Show! I look forward to this show every week. Very informative news and reviews of everything Playstation and more and at the same time witty and funny.
I drive around a prison watching for inmates escaping. Listening to these guys is a great way to pass the time. This podcast is very informative and funny. It definitely keeps me awake and aware. Keep up the great podcast.
i love the show listen every week. the guys are very funny and sarcastic. they dont take themselfs to seriously. and i have a great time with them on community game night on fridays. lots of fun
I am one who listens to many different playstation podcasts. I firmly believe that TPS is one of the better podcasts out there. This show takes community involvement to a whole new level. As mentioned in previous reviews, it may not be the biggest community, but it is a very tight nit community which is great. The podcast as a whole tends to hit some shenaniggans which can be good or bad. I find a few of them to be very funny while some I have to fast forward a few minutes. The bottom line for me is this, TPS is a podcast that will be one of my top few recomendations to anybody who is looking. It is a great for views on video games you typically won't get from mainstream reviewers.
