Epic Mickey is one of the holiday season's most anticipated games, and a key release for the Wii. This week on AP.5, Mark, Chris and Patrick have a critical discussion of legendary developer Warren Spector's slightly dark take on classic Disney characters (which was a challenge for a Disney fanboy such as Patrick). They also talk about a popular phrase used by critics when evaluating games for the Nintendo console: ”Good...for a Wii game.” Should a Wii game get credit for pushing the console's hardware abilities, even if the game isn't very good? They speculate about what a potential sequel to Epic Mickey might be like, and they compare expectations for the game with those for the upcoming Legend of Zelda sequel for the Wii.
