This was the first podcast I ever subscribed to and I have listened to every single episode for over a year now. Not for everyone but it's funny, and interesting content for the most part and the guests have been getting consistently better. Best way to pass the time on a long drive or just chilling. Adam's show has also introduced me to a few other podcasts as well as new music, shows, and movies due to his guests and interviews. Get it on and keep an open mind.

If you're looking at this, you know who Adam Carolla is. You probably know him as the Man Show guy, the funny dude that talked about whacking off a lot on Loveline or Jimmy Kimmel's sidekick.
Well, you're wrong. If you think you know Adam, your mind is about to be changed by listening to this podcast.
I had some preconceived ideas about what I'd be getting from what I've seen before. For me, Adam was the guy that could rant awesomely about any subject. Now I know him as probably the best goddamn interviewer I've ever heard. I'm talking better than Barbara Walters, better than Briant Gumbel, better than anyone. He gets his guests to talk about things you just wouldn't expect them to talk about. They open up in astounding ways.
I always thought Adam was just the funny sidekick, but he's a real renaissance man. He's a handyman, gearhead and lots of other things and his every-man sensibilities come shining through in this format. He's surprisingly kind, generous and thoughtful and I never saw that coming. He's the kind of dude you just want to have a beer with and have an awesome conversation.
Yeah, he kinda tends to monopolize the conversation in his interviews, but his technique is improving and he's getting better at having a dialogue on the air.
The podcasts are on the long side, but you can knock one out in a commute, and I've never been bored, not once. The interview with Francis Ford Coppola was a little dry, but still not boring.
The amount of content is stunning. If you like what you hear, you'll get an episode almost every day, sometimes two. He's got other podcasts out there, they're all good. Don't skip this one!
