This week on The PlayStation Show Podcast we introduce a new term to the internet.nbsp; Have you ever been host owned, hwnd?nbsp; The love child that came out of the weekly community game night.nbsp; We also announce that we are looking for some new talent.nbsp; Do you have what it takes to be a podcaster, but never had the opportunity?nbsp; Send an mp3 to email@theplaystationshow.com. nbsp; We are looking for people that are interested in talking about nerd culture.nbsp; More geared towards comics, movies, and other media not necessarily of the video game variety.
Our topic segment gets way off track and we talk about the value of games and how much is something worth to a gamer.nbsp; Listen as we break down the value of Gamefly as well as if any single player game is ever worth a purchase.nbsp; That and much much more in this weeks edition of The PlayStation Show Podcast.nbsp; Thanks for downloading and listening, enjoy!

After a week sickness that included all out sickness, the absence of the LaBron James at community game night, and fever dreams, The PlayStation Show pulled themselves together to make another great podcast.nbsp; On this weeks show we find out how ediddy999 and Lil' Wayne are almost the same person.nbsp; We also give our first impressions on Uncharted 2 (no spoilers).nbsp; Listen and find out which Uncharted 2 female character makes us hot.nbsp; The topic of the PSPGo creeps it ugly little expensive head into the conversation again.nbsp; We also try to maintain control on the community topic on our first system and it's best game, but like trying to control an avalanche, it's not happening.nbsp; Thanks for downloading and listening, enjoy!
Remember The PlayStation Show podcast is your number one PS3 podcast and PSP podcast.nbsp; Join the discussion at community.theplaystationshow.com or follow us on Twitter.
The PlayStation Show call in madness show was a blast.nbsp; We would like to thank all the listeners that called in.nbsp; We really appreciate it.nbsp; Also to all the chatters that were in the chat thanks for making the live show a fantastic success.nbsp; In this weeks show we left it wide open.nbsp; We allowed community members to call in via skype.nbsp; Find out how we hide our gaming obsessions from our co-workers and family members.nbsp; We also talked about how we balance our gaming lives and our family lives.
Hamsterfist also talks about Demon's Souls, and how it may be one of the greatest games he has ever played.nbsp; BSmith tries to upgrade his PS3 hdd, but a corrupted files is hindering his progress.nbsp; Also, one of our callers, Jon_Mclane tries to back us into a corner by asking us which member of the Giant Bomb could we do without.
This weeks topic was all about the arcades and what cabinet would you want in your home.nbsp; Take a listen and the nostalgia seeps from the ground up.
With calls coming from Florida to Venezuela, the call in show was a huge success and would like to thank all of the callers.
Thanks to FireVader, JC, Bushin-Ryu-Cat, fatleboo8, Aggilus, Jon_Mclane, TheJoker1988, Mr_Pyrite.

If The PlayStation Show could start another war it would be with Europe. nbsp; Thanks to the jingoism of BSmith (his words not mine) we attempt to alienate all European listeners in one podcast. nbsp;We then take a deep took into why games don'tnbsp;reflectnbsp;the world we live in as well as other types of media. nbsp;By playing video games are we using our time to develop as a culture or our we just wasting it away? nbsp; Can video games become art and challenge our thinking and see ideas in new ways or will they continue to just mirror what is wrong in our culture and continue to grow economically and not socially? nbsp;We also talk about some new trends in FPS games and why developers are starting to add things like hub worlds and horde modes to ever new shooter we see. nbsp; That and much more on this weeks edition of The PlayStation Show Podcast. nbsp; Thanks for downloading and listening, enjoy.

[Good] These guys talk about the PS3 almost exclusively. They mention other platforms but never go too far off path. I'm a PC gamer (FPS and Racing) that also owns all of the new consoles. I only play certain types of games on my consoles (Racing platformers and puzzle games) and these guys usually talk about those particular games a little bit in each episode. [Bad] One at a time fellas! I cannot stand when some douchbag (Austin) Constantly interrupts the guy that started the conversation and is tying to get his point out, or just finish his sentence. It make for uneasy listening. [Closing] Overall it's a great podcast and if your a fan of the PS3 then this podcast is a must listen each week. Keep up the great work guys. Great Show! I look forward to this show every week. Very informative news and reviews of everything Playstation and more and at the same time witty and funny.
I drive around a prison watching for inmates escaping. Listening to these guys is a great way to pass the time. This podcast is very informative and funny. It definitely keeps me awake and aware. Keep up the great podcast.
i love the show listen every week. the guys are very funny and sarcastic. they dont take themselfs to seriously. and i have a great time with them on community game night on fridays. lots of fun
I am one who listens to many different playstation podcasts. I firmly believe that TPS is one of the better podcasts out there. This show takes community involvement to a whole new level. As mentioned in previous reviews, it may not be the biggest community, but it is a very tight nit community which is great. The podcast as a whole tends to hit some shenaniggans which can be good or bad. I find a few of them to be very funny while some I have to fast forward a few minutes. The bottom line for me is this, TPS is a podcast that will be one of my top few recomendations to anybody who is looking. It is a great for views on video games you typically won't get from mainstream reviewers.
I find the show to be funny and full of life. You will not be bored listening to this podcast. You also great some info as well and you get honest reviews and opinions towards the world of playstation.
One of the best PlayStation podcast around. These guys are funny and put out a great podcast. If you're a PlayStation fan this is a must listen and you will not be disappointed. I'm slightly biased because I love myself.
I found these guys using google looking for a good playstation podcast and forum. It was great finding a podcast and community for PS3 gamers by the PS3 gamers themselves. Can't wait to play some community game night, I'm dying to play Uncharted 2 multiplayer. And sorry Ediddy999, you really shouldn't write a review about yourself. We get it, you're funny.
