    If someone doesn't have netflix, why shouldn't they be able to rent it here?  apple doesn't have a video subscription & you aren't flipping out over that. i'm so over people who don't understand license fees or business models complaining about why they can't get everything for free.  I check for movies on netflix first, if its not there, I buy or rent on xbox, if not there, I play halo. problem solved.

    Seriously guys,

    A Zune does not nor has it ever offered a Zune Pass for video. Second it's in Microsoft's best interest to allow you to rent and to own, THE MOVIE STUDIO is the one who did not make it available for rental.

    I was going to buy a membership but after reading all this and finding out the membership is just for music, I'm sticking with my netflix! Thanks zune for saving me some money!

    I saw it in theaters, didn't really like. At least, not as much as the first one. Saw it again, and liked it almost as much.

    Downloaded it and watched it. It's not a bad movie.  I'd like to see more Iron Man and less talking man (I hear they cut alot of the war machine scenes which IMHO would have upped the Iron Man content considerably.)   It's astounding to me that folks think that Zune somehow decided that this movie would only be available to purchase. Hello!- reality calling, Zune (I'm sure) would love to rent and sell you this movie (preferably both) however the folks at Universal set the agreements and the rights- not Zune

    I rented this for $4.99 on Sunday evening, was unable to download it or stream it without it stopping every 10 seconds...called Zune and after 25min on the phone was sent to xbox live support...what a waste of money and time! I was however able to watch a movie on Netflix just fine so it was not my internet connection...Zune would not credit me the $4.99 or listen, they only pushed me to Xbox Live.... Sad!

    If you have a 360 you can stream it.. so you don't have to wait for a download. and it gives you a choice of HD or SD. so it's not that expensive... i loved it!!!!
