- Well, it still won't install the new software BUT it will download my music and play and it installed the OLD software so oh well it works. I guess I'll take what I can get lol.

- Their last resort is installing the software from the Microsoft site instead of Zune because from Zune you don't get ALL of the components. If this don't work then I don't know cuz they hung up so I guess I have to send it back UGH!

- Yes like a hundred times, waaaaaa! I have uninstalled the software and reinstalled it too. Was on the phone with Zune/Microsoft for hours this morning troubleshooting.

- Got my Zune back yesterday, they actually replaced it. Guess what IT DON"T WORK> I am thunder pissed! I have to call them in today when the hotline opens. If they tell me to send it back, I am so going with it and kicking someone in the shins!
