    • try reseting it? hold the back button and the up button on the lil square thing for like 30 seconds and it shud reset ur zune

    • yeahh, that one im not really sure about because thats more of a problem with the CD or the computer, maybe check if the CD is the same file type that zune takes and if not try and convert it and that should work, sorry i cudnt help much wit this one:P

    • umm, no. there arnt any unkown songs in undertow . . . here the song order is: Intolerance, Prison Sex, Sober, Bottom, Crawl Away, Swamp Song, Undertow, 4(with the lil circle thing my gay keyboard cant do), Flood, and Disgustipated. If your songs are all unkown u can prolly use that order and just go to computer and rename the songs manually as long as they are in the right order :P

    • haha, because when i listen to tool I HAVE to listen to an entire album because they are concept albums and its just not the same listening to one song and then ill get carried away and start the next album and it'll go on till i listen to like every tool song like every day haha =D

    • I've had two, i got my 30 gig a couple of years ago. Maybe 2.5, it wasn't long after they launched. Then I got a 8gb mini not too long after the 2nd gen launched...why do you ask?

    • danevati: To change you pic from the generic Zune face you first must take a fav pic be it from the internet or digital camera and save it to "My Pictures". Then look carefully at your Zune tag. Click on change pic and click on browse. It flows like Windows so select My Documents and open up My Pictures and locate the pics you want to use and click on it. Easy! To look at other Zunes past plays scroll your pointer across their cd logos or on their badges. Practice on my tag and you can see the various levels of badges I earned and what music I played.
