  My playlist will not sync to my Zune! songs that I have copied to Windows media player are now showing up as "Buy" The Zune Software truly sucks!

  I have 2 things to tell u. first of all, my Zune 4's screen is blank and the player is unresponsive. What do I do? And also I would like to suggest a web browser update for older Zune models.

  I downloaded the new zune software. It worked find for a couple of days now all of my muic is showing up twice and it won't let me preview a song even when I'm signed in I get error code C1010005 (C00D2EE0). I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Zune that didn't help. Please help.
