- Yo no tengo el error, pero lo busque en el forums, haz tratado de hacer esto: "Finally got logged. Went to Regional and language settings in control panel. It did say united states on the Region but went into language for non unicode programs. Somehow that had gotten changed from English (united states) to some foreign language. Changed it. Rebooted computer and no problems. "
