Zune Addict, Frustrated with zune right now

Status: since new updates and upgrades, zune is way too slow

biography

update: since the new software upgrade and updates... things are not working too well for the two zunes in my house. Maybe its all them bells and whistles.. I dunno. But I want my zune 120 working like it was before the new software release or better. Not worse. It is so frustrating, tragically sad

      • WELCOME TO THE WINNER CIRCLE FOR THE MONTH OF OCTOBER 09 (Because we all are winners) Bright moments to you and yours and the subject for this month is your comfort. I ask you; What have you gotten used to in your life, and why? It has been said that people can get used to almost anything. If it happens gradually over time and in small enough increments, I believe this is true. When you become used to things being a certain way, you develop what we call a comfort zone around them. When you're in your comfort zone, you don't really have to think too much about it. If you're used to cleaning up your house every day because you like things neat and tidy, it will put you out of your comfort zone to wake up in the morning and see a sink full of dirty dishes. Generally, you will make sure that doesn't happen. If, on the other hand, you get used to seeing a sink full of dirty dishes every morning when you get up, it won't bother you at all. Now, if you are expecting company, the things you've gotten used to and comfortable with may suddenly become very un-comfortable. "That's okay for me," you may think, "But I don't want my company to see it like that," and you go to work to clean up the mess. Do you know people who go on crash diets before a school reunion or other special events? It is the same sort of thing. Take a look at your life. Are there things you've gotten used to, bit by bit, that surprise you a little now? Don't just put on a facade for company. Aren't you worthy of the same consideration and the same high standards you display for others? Do it for yourself, because you deserve it

      • WELCOME TO THE WINNER CIRCLE FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST 2009(Because we all are winners!) Welcome Zune networkers, loyal readers and friends. This month is addressing loneliness. Loneliness is something most of us dread, but even loneliness has its positive aspects. Loneliness can be painful, but, as with other things, it is your attitude toward loneliness that counts. You can take a negative attitude, in which case you may either run from being alone like the plague or wallow in it, immersed in self-pity. You can also take a positive attitude, recognizing it as an essential experience of every human being and using it creatively as a resource for knowing the self, and discovering your center and focus in life. It is only when we can stand alone, when we can admit our separateness, that we can make full use of our individual resources to set about finding our meaningful connections with others. You see, when the love and understanding with which we reach out to others is based upon a true sense of the self that we have discovered in confrontation with our loneliness, then it is based on reality instead of on false expectations. You alone can change yourself. You alone can make a decision for growth. You alone are the central point of reference in your life. Knowing these things can be a lonely experience, but out of it can comea greater strength and confidence in your ability to meet life and provide inner security that fear cannot destroy. (The Winner Circle is brought to by Roland aka Jazzfrederick and his company Emerald Circle Fitness, For Mind, Body and Soul)

      • WELCOME TO THE WINNERS CIRCLE FOR THE MONTH OF APRIL. (BECAUSE WERE ALL WINNERS) Do you ever feel let down after you reach a goal that you have worked long and hard for? Let's talk about why that happens and how to avoid it. Did you know that people are teleological beings? That means that it is absolutely critical for us to have goals and to know what we want in life. But what happens when we get it? When suddenly the goal we have been working so hard to achieve has been accomplished and now there is nothing to strive toward? Well, most of us have a tendency to flatten out - we shift our energy into neutral, and start to feel deflated and let down. We lose our energy, our creativity and our initiative. Sometimes we feel restless or depressed. If you would like to avoid this trap, learn to set your goals to take you through - not just up to - your objective. In other words, don't wait until you've achieved a goal before setting another one. Goal-setting is a very powerful force. However, it needs to be continuous and ongoing if it is really going to get you anywhere. Of course, you can kick back and rest whenever you want to. But if it's a choice you've made, not something imposed on you by circumstances, it's likely to be a much more satisfying time out. So keep asking yourself, "What's next? What more do I want to do?" It is important to keep growing in all aspects of life, and continuously setting and affirming clear goals is the best way I know to help you do it
