  - I just noticed that I never really posted that I did eventually get a black Zune 80gb original , was only charged for one unit this time, and I use my zune daily =) even though I wasn't charged for multiple units the 2nd time around...I'm still not happy about having the $1600 charge on my account the first time though. What would have happened if i didn't have that much in my bank account anyway?

  - the (6) charges finally went away last night....placed (another) one order for a Zune 80....surely this time it will work and not overcharge me

  - yesterday (jan 24 2008) I finally placed an order for a Zune 80 original...so I was all happy & all bout finally getting a nice mp3 player....yeh, unfortunately not all stories are as good as they seem at first... It was within a minute of me placing my order that this story takes a sharp turn when i checked my bank account shortly after placing the order, I notice my account was about 1.6k lower then earlier, so i looked, and had been charged for 6 of Zune 80s ($267.11 ea)!!! So I called Microsoft Customer Service so they could remove 5 of these things, but wait they can't cancel the order!!!! called my bank to see if they could block the charge from being fulfilled...nope called back to microsoft, apparently my order never even went through all the way....now im not just ticked off, I'm royally pissed off with this...its a charge for about $1,600 on my bank account for something I'm not even going to get now! talked to several different people at microsoft, now they're saying I wont be charged, and if I am charged they'll recredit me my money....thats not the point...I ordered 1, and was charged for 6...and not even getting the 1 I wanted!!! WTH MICROSOFT GET IT TOGETHER!!! now I have to wait till sunday night just to see if the charge will be dropped or if I'll have to call MSFT yet again....if I'm charged....I will be so pissed off they won't be happy to hear from me.
