WELCOME TO THE WINNER CIRCLE FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST 2009(Because we all are winners!)
Welcome Zune networkers, loyal readers and friends. This month is addressing loneliness.
Loneliness is something most of us dread, but even loneliness has its positive aspects. Loneliness can be painful, but, as with other things, it is your attitude toward loneliness that counts. You can take a negative attitude, in which case you may either run from being alone like the plague or wallow in it, immersed in self-pity.
You can also take a positive attitude, recognizing it as an essential experience of every human being and using it creatively as a resource for knowing the self, and discovering your center and focus in life.
It is only when we can stand alone, when we can admit our separateness, that we can make full use of our individual resources to set about finding our meaningful connections with others.
You see, when the love and understanding with which we reach out to others is based upon a true sense of the self that we have discovered in confrontation with our loneliness, then it is based on reality instead of on false expectations.
You alone can change yourself. You alone can make a decision for growth. You alone are the central point of reference in your life.
Knowing these things can be a lonely experience, but out of it can comea greater strength and confidence in your ability to meet life and provide inner security that fear cannot destroy.

WELCOME TO THE WINNER CIRCLE FOR THE MONTH OF JULY (Because we all are winners)
If you encountered roadblocks on your way home tonight, would you put a "For Sale" sign on your car and give up?
Why is it that if you encountered unexpected roadblocks on your way home tonight, it would never occur to you to simply give up trying to get there? It might take you longer, but you'd find some other way to make it home, wouldn't you?
I believe this is because you have a crystal-clear picture of your goal in mind and you also have unshakable confidence in your ability to achieve it. Confidence alone without the picture won't get you there, and neither will the picture without the belief in yourself. But together, they are an unbeatable combination.
When you discover this hypothetical obstacle, a way around it might not be immediately clear to you. You could be in an unfamiliar area or completely unaware of alternate routes, but that wouldn't stop you, would it? You would figure out the "how-to" as you went along. You would ask for help, borrow a map, and, one way or another, you would reach your goal.
The same is true of any goal you set in life. You don't have to know exactly how you are going to achieve it at the time you set the goal. In fact, if you expand your goals beyond what you know how to make happen, and if you hold a picture of the end-result you want vividly in your mind - refusing to give up until you achieve it - you set a powerful process in motion that will help you with the "how."
jUST COMMENTING ON WAT U SAID ABOUT HIP-HOP!!!
My Parent Have Raised Me With A Broad View When It Comes.I Like Everyone From Dizzy Gilespie to Ella Fitzgerald,From B.B. King to Norman Brown,Ray Charles to Stevie Wonder and What ya'll know bout Some Al Green & Marvin Gaye...But My First Love Is and Will Always Be Hip-Hop...I remember Time I Fell In Love With Hip-Hop... I heared "Dead Presidents" By JAY-Z off His 1st Album"Reasonable Doubt" after that the Rest was History. Now In My Book (and this Is just me)Jay-Z Is The Greatest Rapper Hands Down...Reason I say this is because He shows what it means to be a real MC.2Pac&B.I.G. are great in their on right, but Hov Showed what it was like when music lived not only in you,but in your suroundings and in your Life.
He grew with his music,as he matured so his music followed suit. Now when we mention modern day Hip-Hop I'm brokenhearted because the standard we as a culture held high, has been lowered, the Truth we once Demanded we no longer Demand instead we accept lies.An M.C. ,Will Smith, many consider played out because he ventured into other fields and sucess followed him put the best on a track called"Party Starter".He said,"Look, people getting trapped in the track & they be clappin', even when the rappin' is wack Yo, what happened, when did we get happy wit that?"So In My Book,Hip-Hop is in a state of dire repair, now fuck what Nas said it is not dead.We need to reset the standard of the quality in which we listen to.
