- I do agree Iron Maiden is great, #2 actually in my book, but Metallica takes the cake for me. IMHO, though Steve Harris is the greatest bass player of all time(I know I'm prolly gonna get flamed from that comment, but oh well). But Metallica has riffs that just make me break my headbanging to them. Over all They both kick major ass. Maiden was just here, and I missed them (really mad about that sense they don't like comin to Seattle) but catching Metallica in Dec.
