biography
Jon, who holds a degree in ethnomusicology from SOAS in London, has been station manager of KCMU, booked festivals, managed bands, and worked for several labels. He joined Microsoft in 1990 to help build Encarta Encyclopedia, and currently hosts an African music show on KEXP.
