Guest Sync is still there! Try it...In the software, go to settings, device, sync options, forget this device.Now unplug your Zune and plug it back in. It'll pop up a dialog asking whether you want to associate with this computer or guest sync. The greatest thing about the association is that you don't have to erase all the content anymore!
