- Oh yeah. The winters up there are no joke. 3 Apr 1997 Blizzard Hannah. That was the worst one I ever saw. 18 inches to 2 ft of snow plus that day started out about 45 or 50 degrees and ended at about -45 or -50 with a lot of wind. As young man from Texas I had no idea it could get so cold so fast. All that snow didn't help the flood that year. You are right there is lots of great hiking in the Sandia's. I love taking my dogs out there.

- I use to be stationed in Grand Forks back in the late 90s. I have been to Minot a few times for(I think it was)the State Fair.

- where you living? I thought I was as north as they get :) :p but unfortunately no blue skies and barely any soon. Just rain rain rain. Kinda makes for a depressing day but we've got music to get us by, right?! If best buy hadn't screwed themselves over I would still be working on my 30GB but lucky me, they screwed themselves over!
