    • We haven't released a new version of the web site yet! We don't do random fixes unless they are extremely serious - crashes, security problems etc. So any fixes have to wait until our next release. Fortunately the web site releases a lot more frequently than yearly. :-)

    • Thanks for the suggestion, but I mean the artwork is absent *only* on my device. My Collection has album artwork for everything, and when I go to the Device tab and look at my Music, all the artwork is there. It's only when playing music on the device itself that the artwork doesn't show. I see right through to my Zune's background.

    • I go for months without any problems, but when it starts acting up it takes me just as long to get everything back in order. My 30 gigs NEVER have an issue, just my 80 gig, which is the one I use the most of course!!
