      • I downloaded the new zune software. It worked find for a couple of days now all of my muic is showing up twice and it won't let me preview a song even when I'm signed in I get error code C1010005 (C00D2EE0). I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Zune that didn't help. Please help.

      • I am having problems with my zune.It turning off and on over and over again.Even when I plug it in to my computer.It will not connect to my computer so I can update the software.I have tried everything u guys say to do,nothing is working.I don't know what to do anymore.Do u have any idea what I can do to fix it?

      • Given the emails recieved from Microsoft and the lack of my Zune being returned to me. Back up/details available upon request. I get an error message when I try to check status and the delivery tracking number given to me says it has been delivered to the service depot where I shipped it for repair in the first place. This seems to be the only place in the world where the possibility of a live body being on the other end exists. So many other companies have live chat with a teckie where problems can be resolved in seconds with little or no trouble. A company the size of Microsoft should look into 'gotoassist' as a possible way of avoiding all the negative feelings about their service. Failing some action from this site I will be left with the only one option. I must conclude that Microsoft has stolen my Zune and legal action will be necessary. If you have any ideas I can be contacted via email at *maryrobbieca@yahoo.ca* Here's hoping something will get this propblem resolved.

      • hey, I have some problems with my 30 gig zune. I was wondering if anyone on your staff had a clue what's going on with my zune. I started a forum so you can prob. find it on my profile I guess. thanks

      • My Zune 30G needs help. The bottom big and middle small button turn it on. The bottom ring moves it thru the categories (ie. music, videos, etc.) but none of the other ring sides or small buttons work. When I plug it into my computer, it shows 1.8GB used, 28.02 free - so my stuff must still be on it, but I can't get at it. I cannot restart because the left button and ring top don't work. (It spent 2 months outside on a porch this IL. winter. Perhaps moisture got it. Can't someone just fix the buttons so it works? I like this model and don't want to buy another... which is what Zune says I have to do since the warranty is over. HELP! becky
