I've posted to you already but not enough space. I need my Zune repaired (battery), I'm under warrenty; however, something is wrong with the Links that lead you through the 'repair/shipping process. Once you get to the "print label" or ask Microsoft send you the label, clicking on the next/continue arrow leads to an error message. My first repair request went in going on three weeks. I've got through to two actual speaking bodies leaving my info and still no label. What's UP!!
My Zune all of a sudden has a 3 in the top left corner and in the blue box says, Please wait. I've had it on the charger all day and when I pull it off it won't power up. What's wrong?
Love your Podcast. Hey One night when I was downloading a CD via Zune pass The software froze up nothing new about that, it was in the early morning I didnt want to wait for it to thaw out. The next day 85% of my albums art collection was gone. Now I know their all links to the source. media player etc. I check my MS media player it was all there. I checked my Zune player I still had 60.+ filled out of the 120 gigs. I checked my playlist the music was there. The songs were listed the corectly but the albums appeared under one name. It happened to be the under the name I was down loading. PANIC!. I uninstalled and reinstalled nada, nothing ,zip, and zero. I used the restore button and still only ones that I deleted a while ago appeared. Can you sen some advice, I love displaying my 1000 plus collection

I have a 30G zune ver.2.3. When I try to download with my zune pass I get an error code COOD12E2.Updater says I need current update,and when I try to download the update it installls to 99% and thats it. Stays at 99% forever.What shall I do?
Hey, I have a 30gig zune and all of a sudden it wont sync. A battery icon with an exclamation point inside of it keeps flasing on the screen. When I connect it to the computer it starts syncing till about 13 percent and then it shuts down. Any idea whats wrong?
