I was wondering if you or anyone else knows how I can put my zune stuff on myspace...I used to have it on there but I created a different one and now I cant figure it out. Thanks.
I have 2 things to tell u. first of all, my Zune 4's screen is blank and the player is unresponsive. What do I do? And also I would like to suggest a web browser update for older Zune models.
I downloaded the new zune software. It worked find for a couple of days now all of my muic is showing up twice and it won't let me preview a song even when I'm signed in I get error code C1010005 (C00D2EE0). I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Zune that didn't help. Please help.
I am having problems with my zune.It turning off and on over and over again.Even when I plug it in to my computer.It will not connect to my computer so I can update the software.I have tried everything u guys say to do,nothing is working.I don't know what to do anymore.Do u have any idea what I can do to fix it?
Given the emails recieved from Microsoft and the lack of my Zune being returned to me. Back up/details available upon request. I get an error message when I try to check status and the delivery tracking number given to me says it has been delivered to the service depot where I shipped it for repair in the first place. This seems to be the only place in the world where the possibility of a live body being on the other end exists. So many other companies have live chat with a teckie where problems can be resolved in seconds with little or no trouble. A company the size of Microsoft should look into 'gotoassist' as a possible way of avoiding all the negative feelings about their service. Failing some action from this site I will be left with the only one option. I must conclude that Microsoft has stolen my Zune and legal action will be necessary.
