    • Customer service update: i find it fucking frustrating that i called for a box for my zune to ship it for repair the same day as my laptop and the box still isnt here and my laptop is already repaired and back at my house. Come on now, it’s a fuckin zune, it should have faster service then handling a laptop. HP was the fastest costumer service i ever experienced and they not making anywhere near as much as microsoft. At this point, I officially hate microsoft with a passion for 3 reasons; shitty costumer service, you have to pay for xbox live, and vista is ok, but it’s not worth all the new technological expenses.

    • I got mine from Zune Originals last December and the artwork doesnt even have a scratch on it. It is incredible and makes it unique. I would recommend it to anyone. The artwork looks like it did when I pulled it out of the box.

    • Listen here people!, if you buy your zune from microsoft (the greediest company in the world) and not a store you would have to deal with the worst customer service known to man. The service is slow, you can barley understand them, and they dont accept refunds. I find that to be a huge bummer because in zune originals they have the coolest shyt but its seriously not worth it. Believe me, go to walmart. Better price, better service. What is there to lose besides some fancy artwork on the back of your zune that will scratch off in the matter of weeks.
