i love the toadies at first i only heard of possum kingdom but then my guitar teacher got me in to all of their stups.my favorite song by them is away its such a beast song but backslider is awsome to and tyler is their beast fan song and i come from the water is just epic but possum kingdom deserves to be their bigest hit

FOR SOME REASON I CAN NEVER SHAKE THIS SONG OFF MY HEAD.. love their albums... But this song has so many memories.... take care guys..

The toadies are a Texas Mainstay that deserve their place in Rock & Roll History right along with ZZ Top and Pantera.<br/><br/>Vaden Tod Lewis has been a creative driving force behind the Toadies from the beginning.  This is a band you just have to hear, but more importantly - this is a band you have to see.<br/><br/>The Toadies and Todd Lewis' other project The Burden Brothers are among the best performers I have ever seen in the 250 plus bands I have seen.  You can go a lifetime without seeing band that has the stage presence these guys have.  Todd Lewis and the band give it their all at any venue from a concert with only 5 people present or in a stadium with tens of thousands.<br/><br/>As for the new album "No Deliverance" I have to give it a 10 out of 10, I loved it on the very first listen.

If you like 90's rock you will some how like the toadies, even if you have never heard of them before.

Such a great band from Texas!! Guitars, vocals, lyrics.....all just so perfectly rockin'.  Seen em live several times and the whole show was fantastic.  They were back together touring in December, hope they stay together and make a new album.  You just can't go wrong listening to their music.
