Heard them first on a brilliant sunny day in D.C. they were playing out of my crap car soundsystem but it didn't matter one bit.  The music I was hearing made me feel like I found something I wanted to keep hidden but needed to share.  That was many years ago and they have not lost that feeling upon me.
