Overshadowed, underrated

The Animals are a terribly underrated band. Overshadowed by The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Byrds, etc., it's easy to understand why so few people have heard of them much less appreciate them as thoroughly as they ought to be. If there were any justice in the universe The Animals would be associated with the 60s as much as The Beatles but alas there is no justice, is there?
