Another of Master P's No Limit soldiers, rapper Soulja Slim made his solo debut in 1998 with Give It 2 'Em Raw. Following a prison stint for armed robbery, Slim reappeared three years later with Streets Made Me, and after a move to Cut Throat Committy, Years Later followed in late 2002. The following year he released Years Later...A Few Months After, which would prove to be the last the world would hear of Soulja Slim. Only 25 at the time, the New Orleans rapper was shot to death in front of his home on November 26, 2003.~ Jason Ankeny, All Music Guide

  - Ain't no gangsta rappers out right now got nothin on Soulja Slim.. He was one of the best at gangsta rap one of the few orignial rappers to ever hit the game he had a style of his own. From Bounce music, gangsta rap, or comin up with something for you to ride out with a Boss Chick on your side...

  - Im huge fan of Soulja Slim I brought my first soulja slim back in 98 when I was 16. Slim was ready for the world to enjoy his music before he died. i thought he was the best at what he did.
