We Miss You.

By EL SL33PY 10/2/2009 04:26:20
R.I.P. Musical Geniious Kurt Cobain.
We will DEEPLY miss you.
Youve created a huge landmark that other aspiring vocalists and artists build off.
Youre an inspiration to many people and deserve the creds of being one of the best vocalists of all time. I get emotional when I listen to one of your songs because it hits me that weve lost a musical Genious.
@THENEWWORLDMAN4 I agree.
God bless you Kurt.

An incredible band

By EricDell 8/24/2009 22:31:02
In Utero (Parental Advisory)

This band is one of those, rare, REAL music playng, recent bands that creat great music and should be listened to for year and year sto come Kurt was an incredible musician and should be respected for his music not for his popularity and the mainstream media's obsession with the guys life. Remember the band and maybe GOOD music will start coming back to the mainstream more often.

Nirvana

By Michaelmissy 7/22/2009 01:52:03
I have been listening to Nirvana for 5 years now and they are my favorite band of all time. And i think they just have beautiful chemistry when they play music.
My favorite albums by them are Bleach, In Utero (my favorite. Check out Radio Friendly Unit Shifter), and Insecticide.
Nirvana is the most amazing band i have ever heard. They are to me more talented than Led Zeppelin or other band for that matter. (mainly just because of Kurt himself) Led Zeppelin is extremely good i just don't listen to them as much....
Although there are many bands that i like. Not pearl jam. not guns n' roses (horrible, horrible band). but like the Beatles and Melvins are also extremely good bands. Hopefully it's a band that won't be forgotten for a long, long while.

My favorite band...

By Grunger Dude 6/25/2009 19:43:53
I love Nirvana... Kurt is the greatest song writers.. i dont really have a favorite song but i love You Know You're Right.. Chris should of joined the foos.. man Kurt would be pissed with all that gay emo posser punk crap.. if only he was still alive the next album would have been epic.. but courtney had to have him killed... funny two great grunge rockers died the same day 8 years apart Kurt & Layne Staley... o and if u get any cds or anything dont be some posser and get NIRVANA, i recomend get Nevermind then In Utero, Bleach then Incesticide

Remember - Listen lots.

By NirvanaBomb 5/14/2009 16:51:52
Nirvana was my favorite artist as soon as I heard 'Dumb' on the album titled 'Nirvana', the first CD I ever listened to. Krist Novoselic (bassist) is one of my few idols, I want to master his bass style and unique sound! Still working on that, I'll get it down eventually. But Nirvana isn't my only obcession in music. There are other bands out there now that are carving a new generation with ever changing technolgy and sound. Mindless Self Indulgence, Karsh Kale, and even Basshunter to name a few are making this generation's music. It's a muse to ponder, what will music sound like in 20 years from now?

And to everyone leaving R.I.P.s - Jesus Christ, I don't think Kurt wants everyone to cry over him, but to just listen to his music. Loosen up, the mourning should be over.Just chill n' listen. The flower period is long over. It was over on the first anniversary of his death. I'm not saying to forget, what I am saying is to remember in a way Kurt would want to be remembered. Death is a thing that happens. We can't all cry over one man's death. Show real respect to the dead please. Would you  want thousands of people crying over your grave? Probably not. Thanks for reading.

NIRVANA ARE THE BEST

By NinerMobb 3/29/2009 19:40:43
Nirvana are the best rock/grunge act ever. Love their music; from Kurts singing and guitar playing to Dave's drum style and Chris's bass style. I love Nirvana. Thank you for bringing a lot of memorable music to my ears. Rest In Peace Kurt Cobain. You will never ever be forgotten! See you on the other side someday brother.
