Very talented band from Latin America. If you're new to listening to this band I recommend Uno. Modern Rock en Espanol at its best. 2nd album I'd recommend would be the MTV Unplugged album. The video is in my current home theater's viewing rotation.  3rd is really my personnal favorite, Vertigo. The whole album sounds like a mix of Gustavo Cerati (solo projects), Moenia, and... well... La Ley! Has a futuristic sounding quality. The other full studio albums all contain the catchy tunes played on local Rock en Espanol stations (that's of course when they're not playing the latest poppy junk). From my point of view all the compilations are junk. They all contain the same songs in the full studio albums and add nothing new.
