Albany, NY-based power thrashers Enertia consisted of singer Scott Featherstone, guitarist Roman Singleton, bassist Joe Paciolla, and drummer Jeff Daley, and produced three independent releases in quick succession: 1996's Law of Three EP, 1997's Momentum LP, and 1999's Flashpoint, before seemingly grinding to a halt. However, they were merely taking some time to regroup and, after serving as a backing band for the Perris Records Metallica tribute album in 2002, they would duly re-emerge with a new Enertia record, entitled Force, in 2004. ~ Eduardo Rivadavia, All Music Guide
