i have listened to a lot of different artists and loved so many bands. to me elliott smith is the most talented songwriter and has the most beautiful voice. i feel as though his music has provided me with one of the most intimate relationships i have formed with anything in my life.

Just an amazing artist!  The hushed voice and beautifully strung guitar are a perfect match for his achingly honest songwriting.  Possibly the best one of my generation.<br/>Heres a link to Elliott singing Angeles, my favorite song.  Notice it's "Angeles, take one."  Perfect.<br/>
