By terrcoleman 7/18/2009 18:58:20
These guys flat smoke the guitars and drums, I have almost all of there albums
and I can't get enough of them. The new album absolutely blew me away. Props
to bands who can still make it happen and keeps us music lovers looking forward
to something worth while....Long live Dream Theater.....

Amazing

By TheNewWorldMan4 6/27/2009 02:21:35
Its like Rush and Yes had a kid and named him Dream Theater. How dare you say they copy Metallica. They are two total different bands, and Dream Theater is hell of a lot better then Metallica will ever be. (and the drummer has a King Crimson shrit on!!!!)

By AndyMan1125 6/12/2009 02:34:19
I believe that their longer songs... A Change of Seasons, Six Degrees of Inenner Turbulence, Octavarium, In the Prescence of Enemies and the lot, are the bands greatest songs! And newworldman4... the dude on the right is MIKE PORTNOY!!!! HE IS GOD!!!! and im addidng as many rss feeds 4 dt as possible... help if you can! edit the crapy ones!

I bought the 3 singles available on Zune.......
Well we'll just have to wait & see.
Cover songs aren't usually my thing & those 2 aren't an exception.
But I kinda groove on Rite of Passage.

DT

By Zelikien 3/14/2009 21:54:21
I liked this band much better before they started copying metallica. (for example, the albums I like are I&W, Train of Thought, and Scenes).

Thank you Rush!

By Roberto1969 3/2/2009 04:32:33
For inspiring one of the greatest prog metals bands to ever strike a chord! I have been listening to these guys for over 20 years, and I never intend to stop. DT lives on forever!

23:58...i could care less

By jmandrums 2/28/2009 01:32:53
octavarium is an amazing song...along with an amazing album and an amazing band overall, and that alone would be a giant understatement. BTW the drumming on panic attack on rb2, not easy, not hard, INSANE!!!

One of the best!

By Cool Kitty 6 2/17/2009 02:21:40
Easily one of the best bands out there.  It is nice that they have very much there own sound, as opposed to some of the cock rock regurgitations out there.

A perfect combination

By Trace007 2/2/2009 23:51:56
Every way you look at it. A perfect blend of incredible performers, awesome transitions metal/prog and fine tuned melodies, and everyone gets along in the band great.

Overall 10/10--A classic band, and most definitely my favorite.
