Random buy

I bought this cd randomly because I've pretty much ran out of albums that I want to buy at my local cd store and I've got to say that this is probably one of the better albums that I've bought this year.  There are two things that I don't like about this band: the fact that they only have one album and the fact that I can't find too many bands that sound like them.  Zune social does a pretty good job of listing artists that are similar to these guys though, so if you like them, you will probably like most of the similar artists.

Still listening after months!

I first heard of DIOYY after hearing that they would open for Nine Inch Nails for a few shows on their upcoming summer tour.  This is one of the few discs I own that I can listen to straight through, over and over again.  It has a good mix of noisier, electronic-heavy songs, coupled with a few lighter tunes which lend themselves to an almost "industrial pop" sound.  Very happy with the purchase.<br/> <br/>For reference, in comparison to some of the other NIN opening acts, I'm really digging Crystal Castles, but don't like Deerhunter or A Place to Bury Strangers much.
