Following in the footsteps of Fired Up!, Fired Up! 2 gathers more club-friendly tracks, opting for well-known artists and songs instead of newer music. Fatboy Slim's "Weapon of Choice," Dirty Vegas' "Days Go By," and Télépopmusik's "Breathe" still sound good, but they're not exactly fresh. Though more current selections would've appealed to those who keep up with pop music, this collection does an adequate job of compiling tried-and-true tracks from Amber, Brian McKnight, Whitney Houston, Ultra Naté, and Daniel Bedingfield. ~ Heather Phares, All Music Guide
