A compilation of some of the top Latin pop songs of 2006, 2007 Año de Éxitos Pop takes 12 songs, most of which peaked high on the Latin charts (Paulina Rubio's "Ni una Sola Palabra" even made it to number 98 in the Billboard 100). Gisselle, Mach & Daddy, Luis Fonsi, and Los Enanitos Verdes all have popular songs included, as do Christian Castro, Belanova, and David Bisbal (though his "Calentando Voy [I'm Just Warmin' Up]" hardly received the airplay that "Quien Me Iba a Decir" did). Full of catchy hooks, super-clean production, and sappy romanticism, this is an album that should make any fan of pop radio -- specifically, Latin pop radio -- best-ofs quite happy. ~ Marisa Brown, All Music Guide
