Great Album

- I have listened to Skillet since I heard about them I am glad to see that they finally have released a new album. This album takes you through a wave of emotions. From the hard rock of Monster to the slow melodies of Lucy. This CD is amazing in every way shape and form. The lyrics will take you on a wave of emotions, and captivate your very heart and soul. If you like skillet you will love this album and it will hit close to home. Their best one yet.

Everything In Between

- This album has Hard rock to soft rock and everything in between while still on track praising God thru Music.
The hard rock like Hero, Monster, Awake and Alive, keeps my head banging and my body jumping. The soft Rock like: Don't Wake Me and Never Surrender, make me sit back and meditate on God but still keeping my pumped.
This album is Everything Skillet is about. I love that John's wife, Korey, and drummer, Jen Ledger, not only keep up with the guys but I think they out rock em.
Like I said before This Album has everything. Awake definitely keeps me Awake and Alive for Christ!
And the lyrics are subtle but get sraight to the point opn some songs and others you know they are definitely talking about God straight up, which I love. - 2 out of 2 people

A Definite Keeper!

- These guys never cease to amaze! From the heart-pounding raw sound of "Monster" to the electronic sounds of "Awake and Alive" to the slow, melodic lyrics of "One Day Too Late," this album has everything! I would highly reccomend this to any fan of Comatose. Deep, powerful lyrics embrace the heart as Skillet returns with yet another success. 5 stars. Great, great album!

Balanced...

- A phenomenal album, I would say it is either matching to Comatose or a tad under. There are many slower thoughtful songs on this album, but they still have a fair amount of pumping songs that they are well known for. [Thus my title balanced]
Overall a great album and the instrumental is beautiful along with wonderful harmonies!
A definite buy!
[My favorite songs are: "Hero", "Monster", and "Awake and Alive"] - 4 out of 4 people

- This album is fantastic! I can't decide whether this album is better than Comatose, but they at least match the intensity from their last album. 'Hero' and 'Monster' are powerful songs with great guitar and drum work, as well and fantastic harmony parts; not to mention powerful lyrics. The final song, a soft and beautiful ballad named 'Lucy', finishes the album wonderfully.
