• Absolutely Incredible

      • Since the release of this album, about 9 months ago, it is the only thing I can listen to. There is not one track on this album i can say is "the best"... I will say, though, that you HAVE TO get the deluxe edition, featuring the tracks I Own You, Energy, and Son of Sam. The album plays very hard at first, mellowing down to If You Only Knew, then spikes back up at Sin With a Grin. It is an excellent mix, and a great new style for this amazing band. I give it 176,492 out of 10 stars.

      • Awesome CD

      • I like every song on this CD. No need to use the skip button. For me their best songs will always be Save Me, I dare You, Burning Bright, and Heroes. But this CD is very good top to bottom, every song is worth listening to. It also has a good mix of soft and hard rock. My favorites are What a Shame and Call Me (soft), Suicide Sweet Tooth Suicide and Sin With a Grin (Hard) You do need to track down the 3 bonus tracks on the Deluxe Edition. I Own You and Son of Sam (bonus tracks on the Deluxe Edition) are also among my favotites. You can get the Deluxe edition at their website or just get the 3 bonus tracks individually, http://www.shinedown.com/ They all 3 Kick A**. I also like their cover of U2's One. This is kinda of hard to get, though it's easy to view at you tube and a couple of other sites.

      • Not there best

      • I think the changes in the group effected the outcome of the CD. I love this CD, but I think Us and Them was one of the best CD ever, to me at least. There we no songs that really grabed me like Begin Again. Saying that, Brent could sing the phone book and I would buy it. The more I listen to the cd the better it gets. The two last songs, Breaking Inside and Call Me, are my favs. The lyrics are not as strong as the both earlyer ablums. I also think its crap I bought the CD and did not get any bonus songs. I hate Apple (Itunes)!

      • I thought this CD was good in the sense of Shinedown took a different approach this time, It sounded like they wanted a much heavier CD which they pulled of but added soft songs that are iconic to Shinedown lovers. But over all great CD!!

      • The Sound of Madness

      • Not the best cd in the world but, it definatly had its moments my personal favorites were: What a Shame, The sound of Madness, and Call Me. Definatly beyond a doubt worth the money. I personaly prefer Shinedowns softer songs: Simple Man, Beyond the Sun, Shed Some Light, and Save Me are my personal all time favorites.
Keep rockin,
GhoulishBlade aka Nic

      • Not the best album they ever made. But still good. The best song for me on the album is "Call Me" I rank this one as good as their other hit "45". Brent sung perfectly in this song.
