Well..I first heard this album in1981 just after it came out..I have been a Rush fan ever since and this remains my favorite album of theirs....The way Rush fades from " The Trees/Broon's bane" into "Xanadu" is one of the most subtle yet image-laden passages in progressive rock. The version of "Jacob's Ladder" on this album is the best..all the guitar solos are simply sick, especially on "Passage to Bangkok" and "La Villa Strangiato" (Italian for "The strange house") and also "Freewill". If you are into Rush a bit and havent heard this then this one should quickly become a favorite....the DVD of this album is similarly very much a killer.
