This two-fer combines Martin Denny's third and fourth LPs into one single-disc CD reissue, with new liner notes by Martin himself augmenting the original artwork. If you're interested enough in this exotica bandleader to want more than a greatest-hits collection, it's a good investment. The fidelity's much better than what you're likely to find if you manage to locate battered copies of the original vinyl, and only three of the 24 tracks appear on Rhino's best-of. ~ Richie Unterberger, All Music Guide
