I was really surprised by this album. In my opinion its one of their best. They basically dropped any form of breakdowns, and exchanged it for simply awesome song writing. EVERYTHING on this disc is catchy, and will most likely get stuck in your head after the first few times you hear it. Not only that, but the production itself has jumped wayyyy ahead of the last album. Metalcore seems to be a dying (if not already dead) sub-genre, but these guys just get better and better.
Great album a bit lighter than their older ones but still nice to see them branching out a bit Howard Jones is really coming into his own as a singer and they really showcase that on this album.
Unfortunately there is one absolutely awful song on this cd and that's take me away, avoid at all costs
Notable tracks include: Starting over, a light in a darkened world, and I would do anything.
i am and always be convinced that these guys are pedastol worthy however i think eventually and unfortunately they hopped aboard the same ship mudvayne and slipknot reside as bitches
