Em is the sickest most illest rapper out right now. Has been for a long time. Nobody gets his new album at all. They all think it is garbage because they only listen to mainstream shit. I'm tellin you. His new album is one of his best. Seriously. Just listen to it from beginning to end. You can honestly see how much he has grown and made himself the unstoppable rapper. The rap out now is garbage bull that is only there for the money. They are all weak and can't stand a chance. Even if em's album was terrible, he would still murder everybody in the rap game. He raps from is heart and nobody else really does that. He keeps it underground.
This album has too many misses for me. Beautiful is a good song and i like em's humor in the video for We made you but thats it. You can be my andy i can be your cake, blah, blah blah birthday cake? wtf? There are so many terrible albums out right now having all his previous work my expectations may have been to high. Its a C grade album.
Yo...Everybody who keeps saying that this new eminem album is garbage must not really know much about rap or eminem...they must be so caught up with all of these new bubble gum rappers that they forgot what a real rap album is supposed to sound like...eminem didnt loose any of his skills...he's still the same rapper he was when the Slim Shady LP came out...Em's Doing his thing...hes the only artist who i have ever bought their albums...all the other junk artists dont deserve my money
For everyone who says hes falling off just look at this mans sales. He outsold the highly anticpatied rick ross album by a fucking mile. Ems second and 3rd week sales were higher then ross first week haha. Em is a lyrical genius, untouchable in this game. I think people need to realize that he isnt so mad anymore and he doesnt have the agression hardcore rap in him cuz its not in his life anymore. If you were a true fan like you all say you are go read his new book THE WAY I AM. Remember hes a human being too, just like you assholes, he likes to have fun too! Thanks fuckers! Shady Aftermath is a DYNASTY! wont ever be touched!
I have every eminem album, including all of his underground shit. This album is by far his best. I guess unless you have walked in the shoes of someone who has walked that path then you just won't understand this album. The lyrical intricacies that em can spit...I guess there really are not words that can explain. 5 stars without a doubt.
Hits: Beautiful, We Made You Decent: Underground, Crack a Bottle Misses: Rest of the Album I have listened to all of Eminems music and like most of his albums Relapse has a few good songs that I really like and a lot of songs that suck. I was expecting something refreshing but you can't teach a old dog new tricks even after rehab.
Em has hit rock bottom. I've been a huge Em fan for years but this is terrible. Rapping with that dumb accent and all the dumb sh*t going on, wtf? It's like an adult cartoon soundtrack. I guess the straight up hard core rap is over and we're doing pop songs with a stupid accent about Chris Reeves still... It's almost like Vanilla Ice captured Em and created this crap of an album for him just to get him back. I actually have now deleted from my library after a few listens and I haven't done that with many albums...
Yo i've been a Eminem fan since his first album The Slim Shady LP, and what a great album that was back in 1999. But his new album Relapse what can i say the man is a lyrical genius with the great Dr. Dre doing the production. TWO THUMBS UP!!!
I've been a listener of Eminem since he came out in the rap game and just to see him come back with a great album just proves that he still has it and he is still in the rap game. This is one of his greatest albums of all time thus far, he really knows how to express his darkest deepest feelings along with his funny side. He definetly knows how to grab his listeners attention and still keep them on their toes. GREAT CD EM!
