    • This song is actually pretty old, it's been around since The Sickness era. The song was played live from time to time, and it's finally been given proper studio treatment (it was, in fact, released as a free download on Disturbed's official website for a limited time upon its completion). Despite it's older status, it works fine, because it's the ideal sister song to Inside the Fire.<br/><br/>True to their claims that Indestructible will take on a 'darker nature than [Disturbed's] previous work,' Perfect Insanity certainly has the lyrics to live up to that, focusing not on angst, but on an inner demon that's making vocalist David Draiman 'losin' my mind, I think I'm losin' my mind.'<br/><br/>I personally am very partial to solos, and while Perfect Insanity's solo is unfortunately very short, it is definitely 10 seconds of pure metal bliss.<br/><br/>Definitely a high quality work by Disturbed, that should have been released years ago.
